Is the Treasure Hunter Achievement bugged?

I don't see any areas with a missing item. Are the last two right at the end of the game?

Only one is right before the boss entrance.

From my experience, the last 2 are a lore tablet right before final boss arena, which is different depending if you're going for Normal ending or True ending and you have to get both versions for the achievements.

If you load your save after finishing the game it will load you right before entering Eigong's lab, so you can get both endings relatively easily.
