How u get more charges? i still got 3 charges and iam 13 hours into the game

You can get more smoke bowls in a couple ways. They can be rewards from chests (for example, the bell puzzle in the Agricultural area) or just purchased from the 3d printer.

I'm pretty sure there's a cap tho, so to get the max bowls, you need to buy them from the 3d printer and all other methods of finding them...you can't just buy them all.
