[Bug] Linux with PS5 DualSense controller

There's a weird bug with the PS5 controller on Linux. I've tested Linux on my pc, Steam Deck and Windows 10. It only happened on Linux. The actual problem is that the controls get messed up, my camera goes up and I can only move with the right analogue stick.

As for steps to replicate the issue:
Steam deck / Arch Linux
PS5 controller plugged into the device
Steam input disabled

Been getting this problem with arch Linux and still happens now. If I use pacman to update and when I go back to FFXIV it won't work. I have to exit the game and login back in, it's annoying eh ... With steamplay or remote game streaming is even more buggy. I get a input share portal box asking to share input devices it's weird, notice happening for a few months now.

Also on xbox controller Y button is L2 button
UPD: it was layout issue, for some reason there was L2 button as Y button

Having the same issue on Pop Os. Did you eventually figure out a solution?

Have the same issue as described playing Ziggurat 2 on a m1 mac using a dualsense edge over bluetooth. It seemingly always pushes the right stick up. Works as expected in Nine Sols though, just thought it's interesting they have the same bug symptoms.

Havent played recently but I don't think there's a solution. Might be something the developer has to fix
