What's the deal with the music disc in Ji's room?

I'm sure most people know what I'm talking about, but for those who don't, there's a green music disk identical to the one in the pavilion in the small room past Ji's dreamscape thingy. It plays some interesting sounds, most notably spoken English, which is found nowhere else in the game. I think it's just the devs messing around, but I'm not too sure. Then again, there's not much else that it really could be, nothing that makes sense in the game's narrative anyways. If you know what this thing's purpose is or have your own idea of what it could be, I'd love to hear it.

Ohhhh, yeah that makes sense. Ji's room was an interesting place to put it though, instead of somewhere more secret like the Empyrean District vault.
