Sky Tower

I'm working on 100%, currently just before the point of no return. I'm having difficulty getting into the Western part of the Sky Tower, wondering if anyone can give me a pointer how to get in there?

I have a locked off area I can't find a way to access. Part of the area is movable blocks that takes you to an elevator.

Ah you mean you have never entered the tower proper. Didn't Ruyi tell you where the entrance is? Look at "ruins of lake" more thoroughly.

And for the record, it's the area below the sky tower, and its called 'Lake Yaochi Ruins'.
