[BUG] Can't pick GM Fertilizer at FACTORY (GREAT HALL)

There is a fertilizer ball in the FACTORY (GREAT HALL) area that I managed to activate the dispenser, and left the area without picking it up (genius move I know).
Now I'm back at the area and there's no way to activate it again and the ball isn't there anymore. Is there a solution for it?

That is what I believe happened at least. I did this room on my 1st go around of this area and after coming back the terminal is unhackable and there is no ball nearby. I only got the other fertilizer (so I only have 1 at the moment) and I am missing one item in this area. I've checked videos on item completion and this is the only possible item I didn't get.

Holy f**k, this happened to me today. I just didn't destroy the ball and left. idk I was distracted or whatever. After returning the ball is gone and terminal at the device up is dormant.

Please devs, add a hack retry at least if the item is not in player's inventory.

I did this too, and I don't know what I did to fix it but I came back after restarting the game and doing the second dispenser room, and to my happiness the machine was working again.

After reading this today I went to check on the machine and it just made a new ball. idk if it was the game restart or something else I did but somehow it worked itself out.

Yeah curiously I tried again and the ball was there. Weird, I tried shortly before making this original post and they didn't seem to have patched the game since then.
