Need some help on Fuxi Feng boss
I've been stuck on this boss for a few hours, and I really need help.
I can usually make it to phase 2, but I keep dying whenever the two arrows coincide with the red overhead swing.
I watched a no-damage video on youtube and they seem to do some kind of unbounded counter that can counter all three attacks back to back. Can someone help me understand how they're doing this? Or any other tips on the Fuxi boss fight?

Here's the video in question. the counter is at 5:54 and it's easier to see with the video slowed down. https://youtu.be/oLkOKv1MHC8?si=COP2XlMVJ0IuOrBE&t=354

ah, yes, so when you dodge the two blades, instead of tapping the parry again (for a 3rd time), just hold it down after the second blade parry. That will give you a unbounded parry right after the blade and then you can parry F u x i's blade immediately.

Unbound Counter is tricky to understand, the thing is its actually charging faster than it looks. So it's possible to do parries then UC crimson attack. But, you may find other options more reliable:
- Just dodge the crimson attack
- Stun boss with piercing arrow
- Knives can be parried or also evaded, or even tanked – compared to fu xi, their damage seems much lower.

Thanks so much I was able to do it, and I managed to beat them. That one move was giving me a lot of trouble

Haha, theres a wonderful charm that lets you chain unbounded counters together! i love using it.

I fail at this... Too bad

Another point to take note of is, when doing this parry[hold] > unbound counter is you have don't want to move or attack and you have to be on the ground. I think a big reason some have trouble is because they're used to jump-parrying stuff or catch themselves in a constant offense.

The way I beat them was to wait until this combo attack was coming and then I used a cloud piercer arrow to stun the enemy, allow me to parry the two flying blades and get some hits in.

Just in case anyone else need an alternate strat:

Jades:
Breather Jade + Swift Blade Jade + Iron Blade Jade + Revival Jade

When he does the overhead swing, just use your Cloud Piercer X arrow to stun him and just cancel the whole animation.
