Lost my save file, anyone knew how to restore it ?

Hi everyone,
I would like to report something, so I already played for around 11 hrs and last night when I was playing a random blackout happened around my area. Now when i boot up the game and start the game my save file gone.. anyone know how to restore my save file.. ??

If anyone could provide a save file for me that'll help me p much.. I just finished the prison stage.. or if anyone just recently beat 3rd boss and can duplicate their save file for me.. that'll help me so much.. thank you~

Saves are located at C:\Users\"yourusername"\AppData\LocalLow\RedCandleGames\NineSols

Should be saveslot0 folder in there with the saves. is that one gone?

I haven't touch any new game yet, but its still there

Are there files inside that folder? like last modified before the blackout happened? maybe try copying them to another folder, make a new game then paste the files back to the folder and see if that fixes it?

Delete and reinstall the game
My save file was deleted
I reinstalled it and it's restored

tried copying them to new save slot, and the save slot its also began missing

One thing in the save folders there are 2 text files and 2 backups of those text files.

Flags.txt
flags_backup.txt
Meta.txt
meta_backup.txt

Could you try and delete the non backup ones and renaming the backup ones and see if that fixes it?

I've tried renaming them, none work the game still won't detect any save file I replaced, etc.

You can send an email to [e-mail] to ask the developer for assistance and provide the following information: 1. The situation when the exception occurs (whether there is a black screen, crash, game crash, network connection status, whether it is in other OS Played on the computer of the system):
2. Operating system:
3. Hardware information (mainly CPU, GPU, RAM, not used if Steamdeck)
4. If there are videos or live records, we hope they can be provided.

Nine Sols has Steam cloud backup saving enabled by default, if you go to your steam account and find where the backup saves are located there should be some cloud saves there that you can download and copy paste into your saveslot file for Nine Sols, that may potentially help. I believe they will be located here

Savefile in prison at boss where you get a choice:

Note cloud storage might overwrite them if they are older than your newest cloud saved ones. Gotta put steam offline, save to create a fresh timestamp and then you can go back online.

Ah hey could you put it on gdrive or mediafire ? I tried to open your file transfer but it shows "page not found" on me
