Ciao, questo è il link al sito ufficiale della Software house https://redcandlegames.com/
Ovviamente trovi anche la sezione [Contact us] ~ non tutti gli sviluppatori leggono il forum di Steam, facci sapere, personalmente non ho alcun problema con l'inglese, ma la tua iniziativa mi garba parecchio.
The game "Nine Sols" reportedly contains around 80,000 words. Translating such a volume is too strenuous for a single translator. Currently, the development teams for the game's four languages are involved in proofreading the scripts. The development team is fully focused on debugging before the game's release and does not have the capacity to handle requests for translations into other languages at this time. It might be possible to consider additional language translations after the game is released and the version is stable.
Currently, the English localization of Nine Sols contains approximately 53,000 words. I worked almost entirely alone on the Italian localization of Moonlighter, which had about 33,000 words and took me around two months. I am confident that with just three or four people contributing to the project, it could be completed in about a month or two.
Wow, you're really impressive! Here's some news for you: the development team just released an update to the backers about their upcoming plans. "In the second half of 2024, alongside the aforementioned console ports, we plan to expand multi-language support and produce all the crowdfunding rewards. The distribution of these rewards and the console versions is expected to occur in Q4 of this year, and we will continue to provide updates." So, we should hear more from the development team soon.
This would explain the presence of French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian in the localization file.
Let's hope for the best!
