Also you also behave in passive aggresive way saying that "you have life" insisting that those who defeated her are only sitting and playing?
Congratz, I have a full time job and all that, and it took me an hour to learn and beat her.
Sorry but if it took you "many" hours to get through phase 1, which pretty much anyone should be able to brute-force through, you're just unreasonably bad.
For me Eigong is one of the best bosses in any game I played, specifically because of the intensity of phase 2 and 3, and any change you would propose would just make her worse.
Get filtered, and stop trying to make games worse because of your incompetence.
Calm down, take a break, go back in with fresh mental and don't be distracted with thoughts of how fair or reasonable or whatever the fight is. Just focus on the fight itself.
For the first phase if you aren't already, I highly recommend you use the skull kick move to punish her and inflict internal damage every time she goes to talisman you. Then apply your own talisman for reliable damage.
In the second phase you really want to get your charged block down for the sword sweep attacks. It's always a pattern of "Charged Parry - Parry - Parry" then either a final Charge Parry or she charges you (either way a Charged Parry will save you). If you find yourself having a difficult time with this you can use the Cloud Piercer to knock her out of the stance so she switches to another move but this isn't ideal to use up if you have the third phase.
Third phase is ramped up, but you can actually just not be in the spot where she is doing her whole screen air slashes. Sounds stupid to say I know, but you get so used to parrying in phases 1 and 2 that it's easy to forget.
For people who keep saying "Just lower the difficulty/use story mode", yes this is an option. But I don't think it's unreasonable for someone who has played through the entire game up to the final boss in normal mode to want to finish the game in normal mode. It's a bit like reading an entire novel and then getting someone else to read the final chapter to you, it will feel like a disappointing cop out.
Really people need to try just unbound counter jades vs Eigong to stack internal damage like crazy. Also doing the down attack on her more when she tries to charm I never see people doing that over a tai chi kick.
Eignong is a fast boss, while the bosses prior are slow and you can deal with them at your own pace. So when players show up wearing sunglasses and chill vibe attidute after breezing through last bosses and areas, it is understandable to feel like the difficulty is out of the blue.
If a prior boss was on the same level as Lady Ethereal or getting to the last boss had some enemies on the way, I think people would have easier time adjusting to the fast pace boss combo vombo fight.
jades, talisman style, arrow type, everything
