Speedrun strats

Just finished the game, and lemme tell y'all I seriously suck at this. It's my first time actually having to parry (I usually ignore the mechanic whenever it's present in a game and just try to bonk/tank everything). It took me 3 days and at least 10 hours in-game to beat the final boss. I'm looking foward to Sekiro now, despite the skill issue.

I finally get the "it feels like a dance once you master it" comments, and I loved the experience, but sadly I'm still missing the Repurposed (oh the avarice) and What Have You Done achievements (plus the bad ending). Since I don't really enjoy replaying games but really wanna platinum this absolute GEM, I'd like to know if anyone has already figured out the fastest way to get those missables.

My original plan is to just enter story mode and play it all out again, so I'm open to suggestions (routes, best jades, where to spend money) to beat it as quick as possible.

You can increase dmg by 1000% which will one shot most of enemies and kill bosses in few hits
