Do i give all gifts to Boy, or there will be more people?
I gave boy writing set, but i also have some seeds and engineer tools, and i don't think hell like it.)

Gift can only be given to a specific NPC.

You can actually give a item to a specific NPC, as fiduciam mentioned. If you cannot give a certain item, then it's not for that person.
