Apeman Facility (Depths) - missing treasure/unaccessible area?

I'm most of the way through the game, got all the movement abilities (I think), but there's an area to the top left of the shrine in the Apeman Facility (Depths) that is so high up I can't get to it. It's got a rope I could activate IF I could get up there, so I'm guessing I come in from the other end, but where? I've been searching around and I can't figure out where to get in. Is this something that's only accessible in the end game or something?

Not sure, but i think it is connection with another area and you need to go from second side

That's what I think, but where? :/ Looking at the world map, the potential connecting areas seem like either the main village, or the Apeman Facility entrance, but I can't find a way in from either of those locations.

It should be box container transporter from mines section

You can get there from bottom right section of Factory (Underground) by meat transporter.
