Elevator Hardlock
Seems like sometimes enemies can hit you when you're choosing which floor to go to on an elevator. If you die during this phase you will be stuck forever and have to exit the game to go to your last save. Just a heads up so the devs can fix this bug later.

Edit: may also be for just a single hit, I'm not quite sure.
