Repurposed Achievement

Wondering if anyone knows how to get this achievement. I have all collectibles but shaunshaun wont make the fortune teller machine.

I just gave all items to Shaunshaun and never destroyed a single bot to get a map chip.
You may keep doing events inside pavilion.

I think you're not allowed to destroy the Bots for this Achievement. Considering there's also an Achievement for destroying at least 1 Bot you have to do 2 Playthroughs sadly. (or do some backup before destroying 1)

Well, very first bot can be encountered relatively early on, so you simply do Repurposed the first run, and then go and speedrun breaking that 1 bot

the thing is, the take one chip by force achieement is not secret but the other one is so after paying a lot of moneys i just took one by force since i looked at the normal achievements and now i'm playing the whole game again on story with 1000% damage and being invincible just for 1 ♥♥♥♥♥♥ achievement. They should have hidden either both achievements or desribe the longer one better. Having missable stuff in a modern metroidvania is already stupid design by itself but that's just the icing on the cake

i completely agree with you. i just replayed the whole game on story 1000% just for this 1 stupid achievement

i completely agree with you. i just replayed the whole game on story 1000% just for this 1 stupid achievement :cgpout:

Funnily the achievement is for being patient and merciful, and resisting the urge to kill those bots (be it for achievement, to avoid paying or just because some of them feel annoying). It makes sense that if you didn't do that first time, you now have to be very patient and do it all over again xd

I really like the story part of this side quest, because it reminds you that you can always choose not to harm others. And those fishes are really goofy

I got the fortune teller the first run, but I won't bother to get the destroy achievement.

Not sure if it's just me, but I got both achievements in the same run. I force removed chip from bot in warehouse but when I reload the map, that bot was active again and I can buy another chip from him. The dialogue when request chip was changed so I didn't think it's a bug.

Yeah, I guess you have a point, and usually, I wouldn't use the cheap method. But the one time I do, I get screwed xd. Also at the end of the game I had 10k gold left that I couldn't spend. Guess that's what I deserve, lmao.

Can i kill the bot on the red area that attacks me? Or do i need to let him go and talk to him after defeating the area boss? Cause i'm on my second playthrough and i just countered his laser without second thought, but than the idea of coming back to him later just occured me.

Did i ♥♥♥♥ up? Do i have to start over? Or is it okay to kill this one since he attacks us? Does Shuanshuan still make the prediction machine?

Yes this one is fine to kill

Thank god. Love this game, put i don't think i would have the patience to play it a third time
