I think the same, the unbound parry doesn't make sense in the second phase because its always paired with the 2 flying swords, and the fire that it leaves makes it impossible to maneuver.
First phase was ok tho
When he starts doing the animation for a red attack and the swords appear. Run away from him and jump, Parry the two swords in the air and the dash away from the red. That is the safest option.
There another strategy, but sometimes it doesnt work.
Where he charges the red attack and the swords appear, quickly shoot him with the standart arrow. It can stun him. But in my attempt where i beat them. 1 out of 3 tries he didnt react to the arrow.
With the sideways snake. Double jump above it but be prepared for a uppercut from the boss.
With the snakes going along the whole ceiling. From what i noticed you just need to run, theres always a safe space at the end that doesnt spawn snakes. BUT im not sure about it.
