Reached max level but not unlocking all abilities. (bug?)
I've reached max level and am now unable to gain any more perk points. In the perk tree I'm 2 abilities (3 perk points each) short to complete out the tree. Is this intended? Or is this a bug?

Hi. I have the same situation. There is achivement: gain all perks. So I think this is bug. I did'nt see the situation, when you rich any limit in experience progress, and to ulock it, you must find Tao fruits.
