Yellow Dragonsnake Bug

Encountered a bug when fighting the yellow dragonsnake as part of the side quest for Shennong and the apemen. When I killed the snake, the item it dropped fell through the bridge into the water, and is now seemingly unretrievable. I unfortunately tried to reset the area by going through the area border on the left, which saved my game. So it seems I softlocked this quest now.

That sounds very annoying. I know my question isn't connected with your problem, but can you tell me dragonsnake location, because i forgot and cant find him.

It's at the far left side of the forbidden cave in the village, where the area connects to the mines.

I'm missing the treasure from this part of the map, which i can only assume to be the same issue. Hope they fix this.

The save data is in the following folder(or equivalent): drive_c/users/username/AppData/LocalLow/RedCandleGames/NineSols/

Thanks to your post, OP, I made sure to kill the snake when she isn't on the bridge. :)

Also, I was hoping for an actual snake with a menacing design... but it's just a bigger green (but yellow) worm, oh well.

We have fixed this issue in a previous build.
Please update to the latest version and go to the location where you defeated the Yellow Dragon in the underground cave. You should be able to see the dropped items there.
