Is there a way to respec skills?

If anyone could confirm I would appreciate it. Knowing that respec exists will make me stress way less about what skills to put points

The skill tree can be fully unlocked (with full level up and collectables) so there's no respect function needed.

As far as I know, there isn't. But there should be.

There is no respec function, but yes the entire tree will be able to be purchased.

Don't worry too much, (almost) all skills are helpful, you will gain good skills kit for your playstyle by the time you hit the level cap, and at the end you'll be able to collect enough tao fruits to unlock everything anyway.

Are they activated on pickup or do you need to use them somehow? Got a bunch in inventory and wasnt sure if further action is needed.

When you pick up the Tao fruit you automatically get an extra skill point. You don't need to go into the inventory and "use" it.

I already reached max level and could not level up anymore, but not all skills are activated. Is there a way to activate all skills or get new levels without leveling up?

Yep, you have to get the last Tao fruits

how many are there? i still need 4 points and i'm at max lv, (i though i had messed something up)

Most likely you have missed either one regular fruit + Lear's tomb, or Feng twins.
