One of the best Metroidvania I've ever played. Art is great, the story is very interesting, the exploration is fun and the combat is well made. I think this is a masterpiece. The story realy touched me.

Be warned that this game is very very tough. There's a story mode to make it more accessible, but on normal difficulty, prepare to die often.

Edit: **** the final boss. Toughest thing I've ever faced in this genre of games.

10/10 (I really feel like I should substract a half point for the final boss though... urgh...)

Masterpiece, Incredibly underrated, best metroidvania before Hollow Knight 100%.
If you are waiting for Silksong, play this game in the meantime.
To be honest I think this game has better music, story and final boss than Hollow Knight, if you think it's unlikely, play the game and then come back

After spending almost 34 hours in Nine Sols and finishing the game for the first time, I can confirm this game is a masterpiece. With near perfect art, gameplay and writing, Nine Sols is one of if not my favorite game of all time. Overall, I had a one of a kind experience with this game and would love to see a DLC or sequel soon!
