central 4 missing girl

is she part of the begining part of lind's quest and would i ned to reset to get her or does she not exist. been trying to find her but i don't want to start all the way over

Which of the three girls on the Central 4 page are you missing?
All of them are available, so you're probably just missing an event. It's not necessary to reset. There is barely any content that could be missed.

the girl right after amara in central 4 cg room ive looked through the wiki for any girl that looks simillar to her sillouette but could not find where she was

The girl you're looking for is Akane.
After Lind's CG scene at her house, and when you had the events about Gavin Livingstens attempted assassination against you, Lind will get a ! above her head in the meeting room of the sleeping chambers. The dialog with her will trigger an event about the noble families, and reveal the mastermind behind the assassination attempts. You meet Akane during these events.
I must've forgotten to add Akane to the walkthrough/wiki when she got added to the game. I'll fix that later. Sorry about that.
