When are we getting the Stinky DLC?

Stinky is obviously the coolest guy in all of Moomin Valley so he deserves his own story instead of just being part of a side quest. Basically the DLC should take place after the main game and you as Stinky steal stuff from everyone without getting caught. Not sure what the endgame here would be but it sure would own.
