review
in 30 years of gaming I've never felt compelled to wright a game review this will be my first.
at first glance this game looks beautiful, some textures appear to rough but very fluidic in nature and graphically pleasing.
gameplay feels smooth once you set up your graphics quality and control setting to your preference i set mine at 60 fps and ran a balanced graphics setting.
occasionally the creatures get stuck inside of objects and there are some boulders near the mountains that you unintentionally pass through.
have found that the creatures like the werewolf appear to occasionally get stuck on some of the ground textures.
hunting what appears to be Nordic/Celtic mythology creatures i found to be very refreshing though often the hunter becomes the prey as i have died a few times to a lone deer that i couldn't pinpoint right away, a pack of werewolves, or even a giant man ape reminiscent to a titan while trying to jump around him like arron jeger.
all in all I'm really enjoying this demo and look forward to how the developer and the game improves in the future.

Thanks for the feedback.

The creatures getting stuck sometimes is something I am aware of and plan on fixing by the time it ships. The short version is that by default, creatures will want to path in completely straight lines which feels really weird. I curve their paths when they navigate though. I try to check for obstacles and not do this if something is in the way but occassionally it fails.

I'll be adding some additional checks and behaviors if they do happen to get stuck. It generally seems pretty rare though thankfully. I tend to see it maybe 4-5 times on a playthrough.

I have ~31 bugs/tasks I want to hit by ship though and it's high up on the list.
