strange bug in the house of River ST

The problem was that when at a certain point of the game in that house, (I haven't been able to try in others) from time to time, when I try to open drawers in the master room (specifically those near the window) the audio it bugs and all the items that I try to grab disappear, making it impossible for me to continue interacting with the other elements of the game, the strangest thing is that I can see my hand without objects and when I try to change others that I had they disappear and I can no longer recover them, making it impossible to finish the game, worst of all is that when I try to finish the game on the board it stays infinitely yellow and nothing happens, so I have to finish my game from the conventional menu, losing all my progress and possible rewards. .. please fix this, it's very unpleasant, it's already gone 3 times and it's a shame because I love the game...
Has anyone else experienced this strange problem?
