I haven't finished the game yet but I got the first 2 choices regarding being tied up or pegging. How much effects do they have and is one good while the other is bad? Thank you.

The game is great but I feel a lot is missing because I keep having to read a rather large amount of English subtitles, so I miss what is going on. Or is there an option for other spoken languages?
