Kotetsu Sword's special tiger is not activated. Pressing the button simply repeats the warm-up action briefly. It's a piece of equipment that was painstakingly made at a blacksmith's shop, but it's inconvenient because the skills that were available before the patch aren't available. Request a patch as soon as possible.
