Final landlord letter

As per title, it seems no matter how many orders I do, I never get the final letter. Seems strange, or is it gated behind a chapter I have to reach first?

I think the only requirement is to reach 40 Ryos in profits from the orders in Another Life.

Ahh the removed it and replaced it with a Croquette which you get from a substory completion.

It's not chapter gated. I powered through the payments within a few hours of opening up Another Life. Did a bunch of fishing/cooking/order fulfillment to earn the necessary funds. Cleared each payment as soon as I had the funds. Nothing more to it.

Im at 90 ryo earned from Second Life... I can safely say it is bugged then :(

Try going in and out of your farm. Travel up to the shrine and talk to the priest. There are discussions with him from time to time during the story and after you make the final payment. Also, don't forget to do the slice-of-life stuff with Haruka (talking by the fire, prepping a bath, etc.). Those also might be triggers. I did that stuff naturally as it popped up.

I think I have done all the Slice of Life stuff with Haruka, the firepit being last one I think. Unless I am missing another.

Done all the priest stuff, including the priestess, and the diary substory. And all Kimonos.

So I don't think there is anything else I can do to trigger it :\

Dumb question, but are you sure you paid the landlord after the previous letter? Is he still at the shrine?

I paid him, I distinctly remember him saying only 20 ryo left. I think it is a bug, because I don't think I am supposed to do the firepit in the house with Haruka until paying off the house.

Either way I am now in Ch7 and can't do anything about it now it seems, unless another patch comes out to force it :\

You're fine doing the firepit. The only one you can't do until after you pay it off is the sleeping mat. You can also use virtue to buy her additional kimonos from the priest.

How far is Haruka's relationship meter? You need to push that as well to open all of the slice-of-life events.

dude charged me once, gave me a kimono and never called back lol i also have a bug with the fighting place. i cant unlock the last tier of fighters it just says unlocked when you've experienced every type of fighter or something. i've done all the dungeons and beat the story i've also grinded the 100 man to oblivion to power level my styles. so idk. its a fun game but i guess we have to be patient with it because it is a remake.

I have the same problem I have all the fighting styles I can do unlocked until 2 on each left to unlock with all spots the correct orb colour (no white left). And I can't unlock any and they are all level 25.

I just have no idea how to unlock them at all :(
