Why was the last scene from the ending removed?

I read somewhere that the dad's VA died. So that might be the reason. If I heard right he's the one who voiced Nishitani in Zero. His name is Keiji Fujiwara.

There was an additional scene in the end with a kid and his father,where his father was supportive of him about what he wants to become in his life
They were at Sakamoto Ryoma statue when all of this happened and it was removed in the remake

1.) Censorship isnt real

2.) Censorship is real but it's not a big deal

3.) Censorship has to happen because of the law in (white country)
