Like a Dragon: Ishin!
Why those games almost always in Japanese dub only?
Is there some logical explanation why they keep doing it? Wanting try out those games, but no eng dub always push me away.

Getting triggered over nothing, so american.
the english dub sounds like anime on 7, they dont sound like real people.
Main reason they didn't bother with English dubs for the longest time is that they're expensive as heck, and come with a very small increase in sales compared to just using subtitles. Basically it ain't worth dubbing these dialogue-heavy games if you're only going to bring in a few new buyers compared to the established audience that are fine with subtitles.

Yakuza for the PS2 was dubbed, and the dub got a mixed reception because this was during the PS2 era, when Japanese companies really didn't know how to direct English VAs. Some of the English cast for Yakuza 1 were established actors like Mark Hamill as Majima, and were able to get around any issues with direction by just being great at their job, but some of the others...not so much, and it really brought the game down to have such a difference in talent.

They gave it another try for Like a Dragon to try and bring in people new to the series, and might keep doing it from here on since LAD seems to have sold pretty well. There's still some iffy VA direction in Like a Dragon, but it's way better than the old Yakuza 1 dub lol.
Here's the reason why they don't and shouldn't do English dub for these games:

Still better than listening to something you can't even understand, those who don't like it could switch for example to original, done everyone happy. But in conclusion their games not to popular and they don't make enough money here to dub all games.

Not even slightly. Just look at ghost stories. Infamous example of a dub that completely changed the show. If someone was introduced to ghost stories via the dub, their first reaction to the series will always be tainted by that. The dub is a classic in its own right, but it is far from what the series was intended to be.

Same applies to something like yakuza. If you can't get a well-directed dub for a game out, or one which can correctly convey the intended emotions of the source language, you run the risk of potentially tainting the experience for people. This will not affect those who adamantly refuse to ever use anything other than a dub, just like having a dub will not affect those who refuse anything other than the source language. The existence of a bad dub will damage the experience of those who saw there was a dub and figured "why not", so it is no wonder you'd refuse to see the possibility for damage that a bad dub can do.

Ill get it anyway once i hit it in my backlog, just with heavy discount. Won't be as enjoyable staring at the bottom of the screen reading text tho.

Having bad English dub doesn't make it better. In fact, it will ruin the impression of many players. The franchise will be known as a clown game. The players will use English dub if it's available, the reviewers will review the game with it (and likely going to decrease the review scores). It's better to force people to use the well-made Japanese voices than having an option for a terrible English dub.

Yakuza like dragon did fine with eng dub and 95% positive reviews prove it people don't mind, i dont get it why not keep doing so.

Everyone is not happy if the eng dub being the reason the game slowing down localization, preventing a simultaneous release while still being subpar to the original VA. And even with Eng dub, the game is still 80% text w/o voice acting and this is how most Japanese games in this genre work. Like it or not, you are still looking at the bottom of the screen like all of us, eng dub or not

You could equally say it was 95% positive because it is a new protaganist, or 95% positive because its a turn based game, or 95% positive because it doesnt have a completion list, etc etc. Those reviews are because 7 is a very good game, not because people like the dub. Don't forget either that if people play it and dislike the dub, they will just swap to the subbed version anyway. It won't necessarily make the game review scores change in either direction, so long as the game doesn't force you to use the dub like many early-mid 2000s localisations did.

Ghost Stories is a bad example to make your point with considering the dub made zero intent or effort to translate anything and simply wrote it's own thing pretty much from scratch and about the only reason it hasn't faded into obscurity and been forgotten is because people bring up the show in the context of talking about the English dub.
