Can't forge Nenekiri maru

I have obtained all materials to craft this weapon, but when i try to, i get the message "enchanted weapons cannot be forged at kurogane smithing". How can i obtain this weapon?

you have to talk to the enchanted blacksmith in mukurogai, he's sitting down near the cannon training by the river there

whats bs about him though is you cant use hammers to improve quality so the weapon you are using as a material has to be gold prior to giving him all the materials to make it.

that means that if the magical worn sword is dull enjoy having a dull dragon sword.

hopefuly it would at least be legendary already when you get it so when you do talk to him it will make the dragon sword legendary too.

the last of dragons sword will be legendary quality when you get him to make it, so don't worry about that

You have to have one of his prerequisite weapons equipped.
