SO is it open world?
How is it - i never played such a game...

Typically, the games are a semi-open world where you can walk around and engage with the city around you. No where near the scope of say a GTA or Fallout in terms of "open".

More 'open neighborhood' than open world. Its a large, very content filled city section, but no where near as large (or as empty) as Assassins Creed, for example.
