Elite Generals cards

Anybody else feel like they've ruined the card system for themselves by using these?

How can i use it? I just unlocked the cards, and i recive the message " elite members unlocked" I dont see the cards in the menu and I want try it

There's a clown at the inn that you're staying at. That's where all the DLC is.

I decided not to use them after restarting the game several hours in where I had used the XP items and had all those free crafting mats. It genuinely felt like I had cheated or something unlike some of the other games in the series where I actually welcomed the free DLC stuff
