Where in the actual hell do I get wooden bear carvings

I am so lost on where I can get wooden bear carvings

They can drop randomly from enemies but the more efficient way to get them is in the battle dungeons

I personally found it easier to just grind the coliseum in mukurogai and spend points to get them, I'm almost certain you're doing it for the gunman book. Also I don't know if it was just me but dungeon missions claiming to drop them didn't at all
