DLC Just disappearing
I've gone to the DLC NPC mulitple times and I cant redeem because inventory is full, I went to store items to get it and then it just goes to "Unavailable" afterwards.

This is extremely frustrating that I spent extra for the Deluxe edition and I can't even access the DLC. I am missing each of the crafting kits and the support kit, everytime I try to redeem them it says 0 available but I have not obtained it.

EDIT: I was able to get it by reloading saves, but in that save the crafting kit dlcs are still just straight up gone.

EDIT 2: After playing around with it abit it seems like the pre-order dlcs dont check if you have redeem on that current save. If you redeem it on any other save it's just gone.. so yes i have lost all pre-order bonuses. I cannot redeem any of the support kits on an earlier save anymore even though I can redeem the deluxe edition DLCs

having the same exact issue, even deleting the system save didn't work

Thought I had the same problem, but after clearing out my inventory and going back to Bob they were available again. Spending virtue to increase inventory space helps too.

Did you reload the save at any point? I'm gonna try what you said rn, will update.

I didn't have to reload. I just went away, tidied up my inventory, and went back. Hope it works for you.

Unfortunately it didn't work. DLC is still unredeemable. I assume it's a "once per save file" deal, but if that was the case, deleting the system save file would've fixed it. No idea how to fix this, but people are complaining in the bug thread.

Try leaving the building. It may need to reset the instance.

I feel your pain though. It's a weirdly flukey bug that I've never seen on any of the other RGG games.

I honestly think the DLCs with crafting items are intentionally one time use across all saves. I'm betting it's because they plan on making them purchasable multiple times.

I'd agree if it wasn't for the DLC containing the trooper cards. I'm unsure if you can get those without the DLC which is what's getting me so heated over this.

Tried everything, man. Thanks for taking the time to try to help me out, but I think we just gotta wait for them to fix it.

My concern was that the Third Division Armament Expansion Kit contained cards that couldn't be obtained in the base game, like Ichiban. I'm not sure if you can still get him without the DLC, but I hope so.

I got the same issue. I went to Bob and all was unlocked, but then I realized I couldn't get one of them because I got items in inventory so I went back to my room and make room in my inventory. But as soon as I came back to Bob, suddenly 4 packs (DLC) are now disabled and can't claim them....

It's not per save file, it's per entire ACCOUNT and only on the ONE save for the ENTIRE account, that's what it is and there was NO WARNING I would NEVER be able to retrieve my items again if I saved over that save.
