Deluxe Edition content not in my library?

Anyone else with the same problem? Only DLCs I have are two free ones they added in the store, the rest isn't there.

For those that say they now have all DLCs (which should be 7, not counting the 2 free ones available to claim on the store page: 6 for the Deluxe Edition, and 1 with the three pre-order bonus weapons), can you please check if you have the "Gun Upgrade Materials Kit" DLC?

If you do, please let me know your package/location.
This DLC is still missing from the "Like a Dragon: Ishin Pre Purchase - [Digital Deluxe] (EU)" package.

I'm in the US. I activated this: https://steamdb.info/app/1805480/ and after restarting the Steam client and verifying file integrity, I now have all DLC, including the gun upgrade kit. It appears only EU folks are still missing it.

You have to wait until the very start of chapter 2 to claim it. RGG actually wrote an article about how to access it, since it's not obvious, and it's very easy to accidentally trigger a story cutscene that results in you leaving the building. https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/1805480/view/3647389616068546572
Also, note that there are now two free DLC, as well. Might as well install them ahead of time so you can claim them, too.

They added the final missing DLC aswell to the EU Digital Deluxe Edition, restart Steam guys and you should see the Gun Upgrade Materials Kit DLC aswell.

Thank you, I probably wouldn't have figured this out. The guy to get the gear from is tucked away in a corner of a kitchen that's the width of one person.
