It looks complex but not bad after getting used to it.

unfortunately i am in your walls
I'd respect your opinion if the implication wasn't that Wanted: Dead had better combat. Ishin has four different combat styles and each become fleshed out with skill orbs , significantly increasing their usefulness and variety. Wanted: Dead has one fighting style with two combos. For the entire game.

I was mostly talking about the visual effects and graphics. The animations are way better with impressive motion capture in Wanted: Dead. Like a Dragon: Ishin! looks outdated with trash low quality animations. Both games use Unreal Engine 4 so this Like a Dragon: Ishin! remake is more a quick cashgrab to milk the Yakuza fanboys in my opinion. And you are wrong in Wanted: Dead there is more than one fighting style, you have all 10+ different finisher moves and maybe ten different guns to vary the combat more.

I honestly think this demo doesn't show the good side of combat... its super clunky, don't know how to parry and enemies can block bullets lol.

If they had made a proper tutorial levels introducing step by step what to do then maybe it could be fun. As it is now It actually put me off from buying the game.

yes this demo is complete ♥♥♥♥, game removed from wishlist after playing, clunky, slow and boring. only yakuza simps can enjoy a trash combat like this.

Really? You're counting finishers? Finishers don't affect the gameplay whatsoever, they're just little animations to watch. And the guns are mostly all useless compared to the sword, as the shooting is hot garbage and most of the tough enemies require parries and melee attacks to be fought normally.
