PS5 Controller Isn't Compatible?

I'm sorry but what??? I've never had this level of incompatibility with an RGG studios game???

It was barely working when I first booted it but only showed XBox prompts on screen. Now the PS5 controller isn't even working at all as an input after launching it twice?? HUH???

These games were released first for a Sony console you'd figure these would work natively smh

I am also still getting Xbox controller prompts when it does work btw, what is up with that?

Check your steam controller settings. You might also need to reset your controller. If you have any other controllers plugged in, unplug em.

PS5 controllers aren't recognised by Windows by default - imagine that, the same company that owns Xbox not supporting the competition on their own platform.

Steam does support PS5 controllers but you have to manually enable it.

You have to put it directly in with a USB and turn off Steam inputs in Steam settings to make PS5 controllers work with the button prompts.
