why does it take forever to kill enemies? ULTRAWIDE SUPPORT?
is it cause this is a combat demo, I hope it doesn't take that long in the full game.

also where is ultrawide support?

From what i've seen, Ishin is notorious for having tanky enemies in the original too but in the final game we can upgrade our gear so it will probably become fairly easy. No Ultrawide probably because of the whole Unreal Engine exchange, the only hope is the final game has it but i doubt.

It's a remake though, right? Not a remaster? I'm just unsure of what the original being a ps3 game has anything to do with this being a from the ground up remake on a completely different engine.

Also, i played the demo and it seemed to me like all common enemies went down fairly easy and tougher enemies and bosses were quite a bit more tanky. That's been my experience with every other yakuza game.

Dunno.

Will probably end up using cheat engine or something to boost my attack power a bit to make it less tanky.

Yeah, but Kenzan, the very first step to next gen felt better imo. Felt like your average Yakuza game but with swords. I don't know what they were going with here.

As someone who has played Ishin fully before, I can confirm this one somehow feels considerably more tanky. Perhaps it's just the demo's weapon offerings and skillset or enemy HP levels, but something feels noticeably off about the combat.

Previously I'd say Ishin's combat is the best in the series for my tastes, but something about the demo so far just feels very VERY off. Hoping it's just how the demo was laid out though!
