When do I get Kiryu's outfit from Yakuza?

Just got to chapter 2 and wanted to make sure I got my deluxe edition rewards by switching up my outfit but I can't seem to fine The Dragon in any of the categories

Have you actually collected/redeemed the bonuses from Bakumatsu Bob yet? It's not automatic when chapter 2 starts. As soon as you redeem them and return to Ryoma's room, you should be able to equip the Kiryu face option.
