Respectable, also we can't know for sure. It really depends because most of the time SEGA games take 1 or 2 years at most to go on sale (for a good price). At the same time tho if you look at the most recent sales Judgment and Lost Judgment have gotten some pretty juicy sales since its launch on PC.

It is a little bit cheaper on third party sites

Mmmm, I managed Like a Dragon for $15.95 about two years after release, and it was for sure down to around ~$23 many months before that.

So depending on how long you want to wait it'll get down eventually unless Sega decides to change their pricing strategy.

Obivously you always want to keep on top of the 3rd patry sites. Sync your wishlist to Isthereanydeal.com, set alerts on Cheapshark etc.

Yakuza 0 goes on sale for $5 all the time, so this one will likely fall given time. Plus this one will probably get a reasonable sale when the other 2 soonish games(Gaiden and 8) launch in the next year or so.

If you're a poor Yakuza fan, just stay a game or 2 behind so you can catch sales.

Bruv, pretty much any RGG game is worth at least $40 imo and if I can afford this game soon, I'd buy it.

Yeah, a lot of games take a couple years, but I've also seen some anticipated games get discounted within a year. If I were to guess, I would say that there will be a 33% discount by one of the "mass sales" in the fall.

Although not on Steam, Horizon Forbidden West has been offered elsewhere at times for 50% off and it's not even been on the market for a year.
