that's just stuff they tossed in for the demo. None of that it textured correctly, most looks like cheap placeholders. trust me, it's not going to ship like that. RGG is on point with their texture work.

I fear Ishin remake would be not very good, it feels off with RGG using UE4 instead of just porting the original and on top of it they are changing the combat system with adding silly Dragonball Z magic + slapping "Kiwami" over it (in Japanese release), and this doesn't look like Kiwami 2 level remake, I hope this one will be not like most UE4 remakes, I will be sad if Ishin "Remake" will turn out to be like those UE4 GTA "Defenetive" remasters.

who knows what build it is. obviously you're just trying to bait and troll because one look at that is enough to know it isn't finished and would never release with tiling that bad and zero processing effects.

I'll have to disagree. You can say that about the original Ishin because it was early PS4. But any comparison video shows clear changes in this version (known in Japan as Ishin Kiwami). I think Yakuza always had good graphics, realistic faces.

Well, you are correct, Ishin indeed is a PS3 game, this version is running on UE4 though.

It really doesn't... you might want to look back at actual PS3 games, they look nothing like this.

since when has RGG ever cared abt graphical fidelity? they've always been graphically behind, not really a big issue if you ask me. you pay for RGG games for the story and gameplay, not graphics.

nonetheless, this remake looks better than the original release graphically which is good enough for me, hell I would've paid $60 for the original game localized but they insisted on some form of upgrade.
