Achievement - Kill 'Em all

I am having the same problem as the other discussion posts. I kill all the enemies on stage 3 and I verify this by looking at the map before I exit the stage and all purple arrows are gone, none left on the map. Are there secret rooms with enemies that do not appear on the map or something? Please help.

all achivements are ♥♥♥♥ in a way or other im stuck with 2 achivements i think they are bugged , the ones not using shield i cleared the game like 3 times without using shield and the achivement counter is stuck at 5/9 and cant get that achivement and the one were you have to kill 1000 enemies that one is stuck too that one for me is stuck at 4/9 after many times i cleared the game , i guess we have to wait for the dev to "unbug" these achivements ,
