This game isn't known well and seems to maybe be a sleeper hit. I only found it by scrolling through games on steam store. Did it get much publicity when it released?
Hard to talk about something that keeps getting discarded due to corporate greed.
Although I wish the conclusion of Thongs of Virtue was a bit fancier than a single corridor and a single (optional) final boss.
And it's a little weird they weren't more honest about the nature of DeathSpank and Thongs of Virtue. They're two halves of the same game. Episodes 1&2. I think DeathSpank 1 was originally supposed to be called "DeathSpank, Episode 1: Orphans of Justice." but they scrapped that title. I distinctly remember reading a review of the game in an old, physical game magazine and they specifically used that "beta" title.
