lots of issues

for one can barely join a lobby or host my own wont allow me to enter that option, 2nd mt saved tune manages to completely change when installed??? last but not least steering is non existent when trying to drive does not matter using controller, key board or if i restart the game once any of these issues start they all continue

It seems your game is having a lot of weird issues, I would start by reinstalling the game, then sending me the specifications of your computer to start troubleshooting the issues.
