Ending 2 - am i locked out of it?

I'm level 84, i have 4 lenses, I've upgraded/morphed my sword into the end game one, I've been to the Petrified Garden, ive done all the stuff there, I went back to the queen and got ending 1 again, am I missing something or am I locked out of ending 2 and can only get ending 3 & 4?

Just try beating her with the sword, doesn’t work unless you use it in my experience

yeah the ending triggers seem a little finicky. I killed the boss like 3 extra times while going for the third ending as I kept getting the 1st and 2nd again. eventually I got to the 3rd phase by just wind dashing through the 1st and only using the blue fire sword through the 2nd, so maybe try exclusively using the relevant weapon for whichever ending you're going for - you shouldn't have any problem with damage or survivability at level 84

Ending 1 - any damage
Ending 2 - reforged akunra sword, deal at least 25-50% damage with it only
Ending 3 - okbujo sword, deal at least 25-50% damage with it only
Ending 4 - deliver all 69 skulls and do the ritual, then ending 3 again

Where do you get the okbujo sword, i have the okbujo's silver garden (axe)

I remember a palce for the 5 treidnt keys to open 2 doors, but i cant remember where that is, perhaps the boss in down there?
