MMBN 1 how do they expect me to get these V3s?

I'm here running around trying to get BombMans ghost but he only evere spawns MAYBE once every 15 minutes, then when I'm lucky enough to actually fight him, I got ass chips, take longer than 10 seconds to beat him and get zenny's, or worse I do beat him fast enough and still get Zenny's. Its driving me insane. Why is the spawn rate so low?! Is there an easier way to encounter him or others?

Not the toughest navi out there, I personally think colorman is hard to S rank simply because he can hide behind 2 pillars. At least bombman you can stunlock him with fire chips.

Well damnit I've beaten this dude at like a busting lv. of 8 - 9 and S and just get V2 or Zennys. I cant stand it.

:edit: I finally got it but the fact you cant just encounter them when you want, like say they were a ghost you could go up and challenge in the net is ridiculous. Making them a rare encounter you have a low chance at is dumb is awful and far far too grindy. But I still love this game/series.

I feel the pain, BN1 kind of sucks in that regard. I remember spending 3 hours on farming elecman, pretty sure I had to S-rank him 8 times to get his V3 chip. It's very frustrating to go through the process of learning the timings, learning the fight, carrying it out perfectly, and still not getting anything from it for hours on end

Yes, it should at the very least give you a 100% chance of getting the V3 if you beat him at proper battle rank, not just a chance of getting the V3.
