Any missables in Vol 1 (MMBN1~3)

I'm currently revisiting the MMBN series, and perhaps, attempting to collect everything the games have to offer. Now, my only worry is that these games tend to have some very grindy gameplay when exploring everything, and there is always the chance of missing that singular virus-enemy/chip without reaching for some sort of guide.

To make things much easier, I would like to know about some of the stuff that can be easily ( and even permanently ) missed while playing through those 3 games.

And yes, I'm going through it Semi-Blind, just with the right amount of information, and would heavily appreciate any spoiler free tips.

Nothing comes to mind.

There was a new missable that was discovered recently. If you don't get the BMD that contains V-Gun A before you get the RegUp in the AirMan scenario, it will be gone. Really, the existence of that chips hinges on you not getting that RegUp first.
