However, from what I've heard some of the collectible chips do require you to do things in battle aside from just quickly sniping enemies, so if you're looking to complete your collection then you might want to play the games as originally intended, or you could see if anyone's willing to trade for them. That's simply just your own personal collection though, and not anything tied to any achievements or anything and probably only really matters if you plan on doing PvP.
Dear dingus... Hard Mode exists in BN2. It requires a 100% game clear (with all 5 stars and final boss clear) and entering a specific code (can be found in gamefaqs) at the continue option. Thank you.
