How do I charge-shot on desktop?

My key to do a regular buster shot is "K" and I cant do a charge-shot when I hold down K. Pls help

Level up your Charge I guess? Depends which game you're playing, as Charge Shots in BN 1/2 require at least 1 Powerup invested into the stat.

Don't forget in Battle Network 1, the charged shot has two stages. A weaker green one, and if you continue to hold the button down, a stronger purple one. BN1 arguably has the strongest megabuster of the entire Battle Network series, especially charged shots with upgraded damage.

And the final boss boosts the buster further, to the point where even without Buster Max your charged shot pops his Life Aura, and with it you take out his full 1000 HP in one uncharged shot.
