Can I trading chip w/o online trading

In situation that I play BN3 both, can I trade mistman and bowlman chip with local trading?

same question for import navi locally for free tournament in BN4

Given how terrible Capcom treats multiplayer connectivity in all their other game and ports? I would be VERY surprised if they even have the emulator not crash when you try to trade. They STILL have not added or even pretended to put anticheat in a certain RE game.

Local as in between games with your own save file? There's nothing in the online manuals about it, so I'm assuming there won't be an option. You'll likely need to find someone online willing to trade you or help you transfer stuff.

Early reviews from the likes of ShadowRockZX so far indicate it doesn't seem possible to do this. Though if you have these on the Switch, you can do local trading with another Switch near by.

So I wait for someone create "LocalTradingEditor.exe"
